The Lorain Lighthouse Foundation, Inc is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt, non-profit charitable foundation incorporated on December 26, 1989 by a group of civic leaders. The mission is to spearhead the preservation of the Lorain Lighthouse and to maintain the history and integrity of Lorain’s waterfront. The foundation is an all volunteer group with a Board of Directors and a Code of Regulations.
