This past summer, Christopher and Julie First visited the Lorain Lighthouse with our volunteers Frank Sipkovsky and Jim Lumadue. The intent of their visit was to film the Lighthouse for a video presentation to be added to their website – First to Travel. They filmed from our boat, from the lighthouse area itself (launching a drone as well) and limited filming from within the lighthouse (mostly areas that have a view and/or good natural light coming in). After 14 years of living on Lake Erie, Chris and Julie decided to hit the open road and explore the unique travel opportunities on and around the Great Lakes.
